Penguin Party Agent does not collect, store or share any data. Everything you create in the app stays on your device.
None. We do not collect personal information, names, contact details, location, photos, or device identifiers. The guest names, custom missions and notes you type exist only on your phone.
Because we receive no information, we do not use it. The app uses what you enter solely to run your game: assigning missions, timing stamps, showing the reveal and building your archive.
All game data, including your archive of evenings, confessions, stories and stats, is stored locally on your device. There is no cloud storage and no server holding a copy.
The app contains no analytics, advertising networks, trackers or social sharing tools. No third party receives anything from you through the app.
Your data never leaves your phone, so it is protected by your device's own security features such as its passcode and encryption. We recommend keeping your device locked and up to date.
We do not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children under 13. Since the app gathers no data, it is consistent with the principles of COPPA. Parents are welcome to contact us with any questions.
You are in full control. There are no accounts to create or close. To delete everything, simply uninstall the app and all locally stored data is removed.
If we update this policy, the new version will appear here with a revised effective date. Our commitment to collecting no data will not change quietly.
